Ludlow Press Poetry
I have found myself
lost
in your language
of tongues
I have learned
to taste
your soul
rising
above the din of the multitude
watching over me
your peace
becoming my whole
dome of heaven
molded into
the infinite
forms
I dwell in
the memories of you
I tenderly practice
touching each
of yours inside of me
the sum of all my devotions
your
solitary tears, which gently leave
your eyes
are my dreams
flowing
into rivulets
of reveries
divided and joined
beyond me
you became
my sorrows lost,
a river,
perfectly complete,
you are
to me
the mouth which leads,
a cross, your vast
sea
of all inward thoughts,
my heart
given a way
in your holy waters
my lips are quenched with
a seamless kiss
neatly sowed
within one hand
another
desire
to fulfill
the next
of my endless wants
are
all of you
I am not
alone
in my life
your image is
a sacred revaluation
revealed to me
your countenance
to anoint me
with
your flawless
grace, you will always
be
my love
all that I am
is
for
you.
